Malin has many years of experience in administrative roles within shipping, offshore and tech. She has worked in the IT industry for a total of 9 years, with, among other things, search and recruitment as her main fields. Malin works with the entire recruitment process and is also certified in various ability and personality tests from AON. AON trains and certifies test users on a number of different personality tests that have been approved by DNV. In addition to hiring consultants, she is also involved in the entire recruitment process when the company hires internally. Malin also sits on the management team and helps set the strategy and agenda for the company's further growth. As the company has grown, she has also been given the role of consultant manager, where the biggest responsibility is to recruit and ensure that the constantly growing consultant group thrives in the company. Creating a good culture is a driving force for Malin, and this forms a large part of her role today. She is very creative, and gets the opportunity to contribute her input throughout the company, which she values very highly. This also reflects the company in general. That all the employees help build TECHPROS, and together create a good culture. Malin is originally from Fredrikstad, but has lived in Oslo and Bærum for the past 18 years. She shares a mailbox with her husband and three children, and if she has any time to spare, she is very happy to be social with good friends. She is passionate about picking mushrooms, going for walks and, not least, immersing herself in various hobbies such as cross-country skiing, collecting, baking cakes etc. The next activity on the list is a ceramics course. She herself believes that the latter reveals that she is in her 40s.
