A couple of weeks ago, Lilo Elise took part in the world final at the renowned Le Mans circuit in France, where she represented the new team IPK Official Racing Team. In the same class, KZ-i, 19 other drivers competed - all boys with significantly more experience and aged 19-30.
Lilo was the only female and Norwegian driver who took part in a weekend-long competition with varying weather conditions, from rain and 10 degrees to sunshine and 24 degrees. Despite badly spraining his thumb after a wet ride, Lilo did not give up and continued to race with the support of his new team, IPK Official racing. Thanks to their help and her own efforts, she was able to pick up the pace and eventually place herself in 15th place. Although they had to borrow an engine from FG Racing, Lilo was happy with the race and expressed pride in completing the competition.
"I'm incredibly happy with this race, all the learning, new people and new track, everything went as it should! I am incredibly proud that I can now say I am the WORLD'S fastest girl in karting! It's absolutely raw! All this thanks to TECHPROS!”
