Per Øyvind is an experienced consultant and architect with over 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, DevOps and security. He is currently leased to Elvia.
Elvia AS is a Norwegian online company with 975,000 customers. The company needs tools for collecting measurement values as well as calculating and reporting consumption to Elhub for each individual customer.
He has contributed to solving this challenge by developing a new system for collecting and handling meter data, called MDMx. MDMx is a SaaS solution that collects data from all of Elvia's existing systems. The system is built on a modern architecture that is more scalable and robust than the previous systems.

In addition to MDMx, Per Øyvind has also contributed to Elvia's operational optimization system, DROPS. DROPS is a system used to automate error reporting and operational tasks. Per Øyvind has participated in the design of the technical architecture for DROPS, and has also been involved in the development of the system, including optimization of memory management and load balancing for the underlying database.
