Marius has an M.Sc in Industrial Design and since 2012 has worked with user experience, concept development and product management. He has thorough knowledge of key methods within UX design, agile product management and product strategy, as well as a deep understanding of technological prerequisites and opportunities. He is also subject manager for product development at TECHPROS, where he is responsible for follow-up and competence development of the company's product managers. In addition, he assists with his expertise in mapping and planning across projects in the company's investment portfolio, where TECHPROS provides advice and development resources. As co-founder of Linework in 2019, Marius H plays a decisive role as responsible for product development. He handles a variety of tasks, including UX design, communications and cross-disciplinary collaboration, to ensure the team is working towards common goals. Marius' versatile experience has been invaluable in the early phase of Linework. Resource allocation is a central part of Marius' role to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to handle various challenges. He balances the work between developing new modules and improving existing services, so that the team has the necessary resources to succeed.
