As COO, Johanne has overall operational responsibility in TECHPROS. She has worked at TECHPROS since May 2017, where she came directly from the HR course at Kristiania University College. She started as a trainee in recruitment and since March 2018, at the age of 25, has been employed as HR manager. For several years, Johanne has been a member of the management team, where she works closely with the rest of the management on strategic decisions and processes. She has had a central role in the development of the company. She is still responsible for HR in the company and has a preliminary additional role as customer manager, where she has total responsibility for all consultancy services for existing customers and partners. Johanne particularly likes that there is a high ceiling and a lot of humor in TECHPROS. You are seen, heard and appreciated. She has had the pleasure of being part of an enormous development already (both for herself and the company) and is driven that there is still a lot of exciting things to come. She is a social person who likes to socialize with people and spends most of her free time doing just that. Traveling is also high on the priority list as she loves experiencing new places and cultures. Otherwise, she likes to be active and likes to start the day with a training session before work.
