Andreas' continuous focus is to build a company and a workplace where personal and professional development is the most important factor for growth and success. He believes that the culture in a company must be built from the inside out. The employees must be involved in shaping the values, influencing the direction and they must be co-owners. For Andreas, it's all about everyone having the opportunity to show that they can perform and deliver. All employees are of equal value to the company – that goes without saying, but it cannot be said often enough. Andreas has worked with digitization since 1994. He was involved when the internet industry grew from the mid-nineties, and he worked on building websites for companies such as Microsoft, Audi, Statoil/Equinor, Aftenposten and the Police. In addition to working and developing his professional expertise in business development and user experience, Andreas has worked with professional and operational management since the beginning of the 2000s. He has worked with several of the largest companies in the Nordics, as well as had consulting assignments for several large international companies. Here he has exclusively worked with digitization and digital innovation. During the last 2 years, Andreas has worked on the further development of TECHPROS as a company. He has worked purposefully to develop the company from being an IT consultancy to becoming a technology company within digitization and digital disruption. In addition, he has worked to establish TECHPROS as an investor in Norwegian startups. In his spare time, Andreas plays golf, he cycles in the forest, fishes for trout in the mountains and he skis in the winter. He is just as comfortable on tour as he is at home in the kitchen, preferably over the pots and preferably with a glass of wine in hand. He has three children and a dog. Lives in Son with his wife Kristin, and has a cottage in Valdres.
